Ever wonder what makes the Grinch so mean? Why he can't stand to be around people, especially the Whos? UNC psychologist offers some insight into why we take joy in singing, "You're a mean one, Mr. Grinch."

  • "Garlic in your soul." That's a racist statement against garlic (the implication being that garlic is bad). Garlic is g0od for you! And I can completely relate to The Grinch! He has the same Jungian psychometric profile as me!

    Notice how The Grinch respects his adversaries such as Euchariah and Cindy Lou (both of Whom might actually have the same psychometric profile as The Grinch). Euchariah, especially, is drawn to the thrill of the macabre which INTJs are known to enjoy.
