Congress shall make no law violating a citizen's privacy, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the right to privacy.

An expectation of absolute privacy, being necessary to the security of a free people, shall not be infringed. The State shall not use, implement, exploit, or coerce the free people to use any identifying numbers for business, employment, banking, trade, communication, or any future means of interpersonal communication private or public.

The right of the people should have privacy in their persons, houses, dwellings, papers, correspondence, banking, internet communications, telecommunications, effects, and any future form(s) of communication, banking, correspondence, observation, and surveillance that has not yet been conceived by the human mind against unreasonable searches, seizures, eavesdropping, spying, data collecting, video, satellite, or photographic observation, recording, and surveillance, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the specific item to be searched, and the purpose of it to be seized or observed.
