European Car Size Guide: Mid Size

A mid size car in Europe may be just right for you on your next vacation. Mid size cars are great for small families, or people looking for a little more luggage room. These vehicles come in manual and automatic transmission and typically get 20-30 miles per gallon. Depending on the model, they will take either gasoline or diesel fuel. Typically, mid size vehicles in Europe can seat 4-5 passengers and generally hold 3-4 medium sized bags or suitcases. One example of a mid size car you may find in Europe is the Volkswagen Passat.
