Ryudo vs Pokemon Ruby Destiny Reign of Legends - Gym Leader Banshee

Ruby Destiny is a 3 Part series of Ruby Hacks (Reign of Legends, Rescue Rangers, Life of Guardians) that takes place in fictional regions. Many Pokemon from Generation IV have been placed into the games, Gym Leaders completely revised and player characters edited. In this game you get to choose Red or Blue as your Trainer. RD is also more plot intensive than usual Pokemon games, around the level of Collosseum, except this storyline is actually good. Since this game involves Legendaries as its plot, I opted to choose Blue and named her after the main character of my second original story (who coincidentally has a bond with legendary beasts) in case you were wondering. Also Blue is a badass in the Manga, but still doesn't beat out Sapphire.
