@olhobbler look up "Girl In a Cage Part 1" on here, it's the third result down for me. The uploader's username is "MrMojomc". That's the original segment from the TV series "Repertoire Workshop", the episode it's from is called "I Remember Foxtrot". The dancer's name is "Lada Edmund Jr.", she was a dancer for Hullabaloo, did about ten years of acting from '64 to '74, recorded a few songs which were released on 45 and she was cast in the 1960 Broadway show "Bye Bye Birdie" with Dick Van Dyke.
