What's the best high end and drug store eye liner for you since you kinda have watery eyes? I have that same condition too. Some people suggest me to use gel liner, but I feel that it may be too harsh for my eyes. I put minimal makeup on, I really try to keep it as natural as possible.

@Enchanteralle For high end I use the Armani liners every single day and for Drugstore I love the Annabelle Smoothliners. Although I'm not sure if it's available in the US as it's a Canadian company but Prestige Total Intensity and Milani Liquifeye liners are both really fantastic!

@karimenlee I was lucky enough to have a friend send me a lemon one but unfortunately after using it for a few months it actually started to really dry out my lips ;-((

try the Revlon colorstay eyeliners they do last on the waterline the best out of all drugstore!
