Citrix XenApp delivers full Win32 applications to the mobile device. In this case, SAP Enterprise Portal is a web app that is not compatible with the mobile browsers, so full IE 7 is loaded on the Citrix XenApp server to load SAP, and then SAP running in IE 7 is remoted to the mobile device.
So yep, that's full Internet Explorer
