this is the music from LA Noire title music, this is missing from the soundtrack. There similar track in the soundtrack but its different.
file is directly from the assets in xbox 360 dvd.

So if any of you folks out there like ultra-mellow music mixed with relaxing ambient undertone, try this out .... Put this song back on @0:00 and pause. Open a new tab in your browser and come back here to the YouTube website. Type in 'rainy mood' and select it. Go back to this wonderful tune and play them both together. It's a pretty incredible combination. You can also do this with any other ambient weather videos on the site, but this is by far the best.
