It don't really hurt you feel a bit of pushing bit that's it really. It is best to get it done with a needle it's not as fierce as with a gun they push the piercing needle in too quick it's just as quick with a needle
I have just had tragus and cartilige pierced on same day in under about 9 mins for both

when you got yours done after a couple weeks did it start to feel as though your ear became a little misshaped ? Also did part of your ear get weird red veins showing up. I think I might just be an exception to bad things everywhere

It can.. needles better , the people are actually trained to do the piercings that way.

well i have no idea if it's fine because the last time i had the gun used i was a baby lol. but i can tell you mine still gets infected for no reason more than two years later. :S but he might have just pierced a bad spot.
