I certainly notice one thing--- Winsing used that flying video box at the beginning and end to cover up the Ya-Ko logo! The subtitles are different, too.

This DVD version looks fantastic, very clear!

Exactly like what happened in 天黑黑 on my DVD-5 Winsing DVD.

I have Ya-Ko version (not the LD version) of this and the subtitles are exactly like Ya-Ko VCD version. It's like claiming that this is the property of Winsing.
