BSG - Requiem for Dualla

That's 1 thing - among many - that I liked about this show, the characters had 3 - dimensions & weren't just cardboard cutouts overpowered by special FX. Try saying that Voyager or some of the other dreck to appear on TV lately.

I think that's a simplistic way of putting it. At this point in the series, there was no hope left. None. The characters more or less knew if Cavil didn't find them and obliterate them, they were going to die in the cold depths of space from attrition--no more water, or fuel, or food, or hope.
While everyone else was miserable, Dualla was glowing. Her ex-husband took her on a date. She was dressed up, humming to herself, and seemed... happy.
And then stopped smiling and blew her brains out.

Correction-DEE and Lee Adama.
And, yeah, what the hell happened to THEIR exclusive videos and outtakes???
Awful, awful show in the end. Nothing made sense. Very soap opero-ish.

What the hell happened to all of the Lee and Adama videos????
Every damn time that I search for episodes or scenes of this couple KARA is included. And I'm not coming from that Dee vs Kara crap either.
I was and still am a fan of Kandyse.
Shame on this show for continuing the myth that Interracial relations/marriages do not work too.
The show was a downer in general anyway. Good riddance!

I think Dualla's death was the only one that caught me by suprise, I honestly didn't see it coming.

This is so good...

Love this. Great job on dedicating a vid to the character on the show. BSG is one of my fav shows and Dee was my fav character. Hate she killed herself!!! :(
-
@nnaylime The part of the song that was cut for this was perfect.
-
Possibly the saddest moment on the entire show was when she killed herself. I honestly felt sadness... Genuine sadness.

I get goosebumps when it ends with "Yes, Anastasia" and a picture of Kandyse. Oooh! Goodjob

Nice tribute, thanks for posting. I was fortunate enough to have no idea when it happened, didn't see it coming when she shot herself- I was mortified/saddened/shocked. I still with she had made it to the end but I suppose the death of some of our favourites makes better drama.
I like this, what's the name of the song?

The song is "Yes, Anastasia" by Tori Amos. I used about 3 minutes toward the back end, but the full thing is well over 9 minutes long.
