You can get it on iTunes, and maybe Amazon (I haven't checked). Bastiao - L'Arpeggiatta. It shows up if you search for it. Probably can't find sheet music for it, though, unless you've found someone to transcribe it.

Someone HAS to tell me what this piece is... where I can get the sheet music, and where I can buy them singing it.

@TheTrueHarmony As far as I know this is a "vilancico" (don't take my word for it). It's unlikely that you will find sheet music for this piece, since it is taken from a manuscript in Library of Coimbra in Portugal. The language is called "criollo", although it is not a real language. It's an invented language intended to imitate the accent of blacks from the colonies when they tried to speak Portuguese.
