Yes, it is an intro for Ghost in the Shell. No, Yoko Kanno did not make this song. The singer is the russian "Origa". Yoko Kanno made the rest of the soundtrack, but it's like saying that Tsuyoshi Sekito wrote the intro to the Full Metal Panic Series(For those not in the know, it was Shimokawa Mikuni... All three of them.)
