I grew up watching mid-atlantic wrestling,and i wish it was like this today.Dick Slater you could tell was a legitimate tough guy inside the ring and outside.I always thought he worked better as a heel though.

Wish WCW was shown in maryland back in 85'. Don't think we got it till 88'.

there had to be a dq and if looking at the tape the other ref was tommy young I could see tommy doing something like this because flair used to get beat kind of the same way and the belt went back to him and I belive in most cases dusty kept losing title matches because of tommy he cost him it appeace in this one at starrcade against flair in 85 to tully blanchard in greensboro in the 100,000 tv title match.
