Hello Everyone, This is the CPR (Getting signal Back) tutorial.
Please, do the following steps to bring your Japanese phone back to live.

Usually, If its first time start up, the phone will be in 3G mode by itself.
If your Japanese phone is in 3G mode. Please, change it to GSM / GPRS Mode first.


1. The phone right now, it is "OUT (圈外)" No signal at all.
2. Pull out your Simcard and Hypercard both, Put them into a Regular GSM phone.
3. Power Up the Regular GSM phone, till it gets signal. (Try to make a call, see if its working first)
4. Pull out both your simcard and Hypercard from Regular GSM phone, Put both of them back into your Japanese phone.
5. Wait till the phone boots up, around within a minute, Signal is back.

  • i did everything in the video but my phone restarts when it loses signal randomly.

  • is it neccessarry to make a call to check for signal? or can i just put the sim into the local phone, check for signal then put it back in my keitai?
