@hendo337 I looked of the bureau of labor statics web site's inflation calculator in 2010 dollars the cobar R at 55k is equal to 69k in 2010 $ and at 68k it is equal to 86k in 2010 $ wow that is a lot.

Just shows you how far new cars have come...A new $32k '11 Mustang GT 6sp 3.73 rear Brembo brake car will beat them all in EVERYTHING including comfort and convenience. Also none of those 00 cobra Rs sold for 55k the one at the local ford dealer when I was a kid was marked up to 68k. I love fords I have a '10 'stang GT but that cobra R was a rip off you could buy a '00 GT or cobra remove the A/C, Stereo, back seats and put a suspension, a body kit, Brakes and a supercharger on and dust a cobra R

So my 05' GT with a few bolt-ons is faster than a 00R and almost as fast as a Z06? Hmmm...No! Fail! I feel dumber for watching this shit. On a serious note If I wasn't such a Mustang fan (00R is a legend to us Mustang guys) I'd go with the Z06.
