i have this radio and It sucks. it sucks as a general receiver,
it gets intermod everywhere , transmit time is horrible and maybe
get 15 minutes of talk time on low, the ptt is very hard to use.
it is GOOD as a fast scanner, and short range tx only. don't
try to use it with external power with external antenna . output blows out.
stay away!

My vx2 quit working after 5 days! Two friends of mine had the same thing happen to them! This product is garbage!

and I'm a shy person so my instinct at social gatherings is to use smoking as an excuse to go outside and lite one up with the other smokers, just to disappear from the crowd for a few.
But I did practice with it, and the last 2 days at home have been AWESOME!! I cannot believe the progress I've made. I did order the e-cig in hopes that it would help me to quit smoking, but I thought it would be a much longer process.
I really thought I would struggle getting accustomed to the change.

Wanted to tell you Great Video! I too was a 1 1/2 - 2 pack Camel lights a day smoker-- until I received my first E-cig (an M401 from lite cig) 4 days ago. Since I received it my analog smoking has dropped to 5-6 cigs per day in the last 4 days of full use (first day I got it in the afternoon so that was a regular day) Second day I had it, I average a little more than that during the midday (11am-3pm) cuz I had a wedding to go to, and I was a little nervous,

Do you still smoke regular cigarettes, or have you stopped completly with the help of e cigs?

I haven't had a REAL cigarette in 80 days now. I never set out to quit using these but it did happen. I got them because I wanted to use them in places where I couldn't smoke, it just so happens that I ended up liking them BETTER than cigarettes (1 1/2 pack a day Camel smoker). I no longer smoke-but that was an accidental side effect for me... one I'm pretty happey about to tell the truth.
