Spokane's Sweet Madness (Jan, Mark, John and Don) in a music video for their song "I Need Electricity" in 1980. As featured in the documentary "SpokAnarchy." Sweet Madness existed from 1978 to 1981. Video proof that Jan once wore a mullet. Mark and Jan and went on to play in Next Exit (with Don in Spokane) which later became Seattle's Variant Cause. Directed by City Graphics. Camera and editing by Don Jensen and Jerry Cook. "I Need Electricity" by Gregor published by Brennan Dalsgard Publishers ASCAP.

  • This is what I remember as the "Seattle" scene. These guys, Visible Targets (from yakima) The Allies, The Confidentials. That was the best era for seattle/WA music!

  • Another video by these fellows. I can't seem to locate this album anywhere though. And, to anyone possesing it, Iam not gonna pay hundreds for it when it is labeled as minimal-synth punk.
