This is the base I use for treads. I dont claim it to be the best or easiest way but has worked for me. NOTE: Once you create your treads you can change the material and see how each one works out.

  • Help me RZ22G, can you make a tutorial of how your tank spawns. you just press the button and the last tank dissapears and a new fresh one apears. i tried every thing but it won't work. plzz help and reply. BTY nice tank levels

  • @PAPERofROCK .. Sorry about taking SOOOOO long to reply. I have been doing other things. I think I put my level as copy free a while back so you should be able to copy it and see how its done. Its basically a track way above with a trolley that has emitters. It emits an invisible box with the tank inside suspended from floaty material.. so it drops in slow. The box and floaty material are set to only last a few seconds so thats why the tank falls in kinds of slow.. then suddenly drops.

  • mine squeaks non stop and when i set the tank down it act as if its sitting on a spring and goes up and down do u know wat im dong wrong?

  • @jdmajs its hard to say without having watched you make them. You may have the treads pulled to tight. There needs to be some slack. Bounce can also come from what type material you use on the tank wheels and body. Try different materials but loosen up the treads first to see if that fixes it.

  • The way i suggest u shoud try is using the samll grid to help make the tracks. that way each sahpe is exact and the gap inbetween is perfect everytime and soo small, that you get no shaking at all, Pleas watch my tank creating video. U might not, however i find it a much quicker.

  • Ive tried for a while to make a tank with suspension and it dosent work at all. Even if the suspension is stiff it bends when the tank drives and gets crushed by the rear driving wheel.

    am i doing something wrong?

  • Hmm i recognise your name, i just can't remember who you are.

  • THANKYOU!!!!!

  • you could have done grids to make the distance of of the thingies equal

  • when you came out at :58 i was like holy shit! then i realized it was your arm XD
