The dogs and puppies in the above video are in an animal shelter in Hammond, Louisiana and are up for adoption. This is a kill shelter that can only hold these animals for a very short time. Please consider adopting or fostering one and as soon as possible! Contact: 985-543-0215

From a news report... More than 5,000 unwanted dogs and cats have been turned into the facility since the start of the year and only about 10 percent are adopted. The other 90 percent are euthanized to make room for more animals being brought in.
