We are all emotional addicts whether we know it yet or not. Any emotion that consistently comes into your life, whether its fear, anger, sadness, irritability, victimization, or insecurtiy, is an emotion your body might actually be addicted to at the cellular level.

In this video, I talk about the physiology of how this actually occurs in the body and I give a real solution to breaking free from emotional addiction.

I learned about this phenomenon from Joe Dispenza on my favorite movie, 'What The Bleep Do We Know'.

appropriate than to say that the infant starts to cry because of a thought of negativity would be to say that the infant picks up on a negative thought or feeling in the atmosphere and because his consciousness is likely uncontrolled due to the karma he/she is born with, he/she will cry.

  • This is very interesting. One thing though. The idea that 'everything starts with a thought' is contentious. There is no evidence to suggest that thought precedes feeling. To my mind, it seems more likely to be the other way around. A 1 day old baby doesn't cry because of negative thought patterns. It cries because it is feeling lost/alone/abandoned/hungry, etc. Negative cognition doesn't come till much later on, the emotions are there from day one. Otherwise, very interesting.

  • That is why happy people are always happy and depressed people are always depressed... genius!!! )))

  • @LEONNIGHT7 the sex-appeal... ))))

  • good job from bleep

  • Thanks for saving my life!

  • @skynet556 It's really basic and rudimentary "science" but consider that the average layman doesn't even understand it at this level, it's the best she could probably do. It's not like she could cover the complexity of the amygdala and have people actually understand it... I think at the very least she's trying to do a service in telling people to control their emotions.
