@IBxPure no u can't, not in Bioshock 2, but in the first Bioshock game u could, in the second one u can only have 5 eve hypos and health packs

This is way before the game came out, because it shows he has 6 health packs and eve hypos, when u can only have up to five, and the drill gauge doesn't refill by itself, u need to pick up drill fuel
