Not only did Larry Silverstein get his White Elephant buildings knocked down for free (since his buddies in the shadow gov wanted to do that anyway) Lucky Larry got US to pay for the demolition cleanup AND he collected 14 Billion in insurance money to build new buildings which Silverstein Properties will collect rent on for 99 years.
