Thank you so much! I severely injured my back in a horseback riding accident 2 years ago and have gotten progessively more stiff and sore despite physical therapy and chiropractic care. I have been looking for a yoga or pilates class to attend but everything in my area is geared toward the more advanced. After one session with your wonderful videos, I feel better already even though I'm in worse shape than I initially thought!

I love these videos, years ago I loved my yoga practices but I was involved in an acident and sustained a very bad back injury, that was 4 yrs ago and I have just started to get back to normal, well normal for me anyway! These videos have been a great help to me both physically and spiritually, thanks so much!! X
