i really enjoyed watching this, but i had to look away a couple of times because of the shaky camera lol. :43 to :45 was beautiful! sometimes repetition can make a big statement! awesome job!

@PHLFTW Yes it is nerve wrecking but it's so much fun too. You get to meet people who love guard as much as you do and watching other guards shows is so much fun. You'll love it.

im in colorguard and since im a newbie ive like never gone to a competition and i just wanted to know how it felt when you went to ur first competition,,,like was it nerve wrecking?

Great routine! You do a great job of holding tension in your arms even when the flag is airborne! It makes for an effective polished routine! nice!

Sadly, I don't remember my first winter guard or solo competition but I can guarantee I was nervous! Just go out and have fun. Eventually you'll find some fun rituals to do before every one and it'll make you feel better. (Mine was a secret handshake with the other teammates). But for solos I just went out and had fun!
