does anyone know whats the name of that game you can play with 4 players? you can chose one of 4 characters, youre breaking out of a jail. one of them is kinda reminding me of the main character of the anime hellsing, he got some body parts changed with some robot shit and runs around with 2 guns. uhm, what else... oh right, he also can make the screen black for 2 seconds and after that everything on the screen is dead. the game is in Bird's-eye view

I've been trying to remember the name of this game for a year now, just tonight I googled ps3 platiunum titles and I saw this under the ps1 platinum titles, a great game in its day.

this game has remarkably good gfx for a psx game but wasnt it made after the psx life span ended and while the ps2 was out? i dont remember it as a kid wikipedia says 2002. :x
