I love my Maxpedition V-2
The hydration compartment can also be used to place a frame, though I find the pack to be comfortable without it...even when loaded heavily.

@jsphpalumbo yea it was a combination of walking and camping, one of the main carrying straps has become unstitched not very impressed with what i paid for it. Got me a camelbak bfm now instead.

How has this pack held up ? I got one and it hasnt lasted that long prob about 6 mths.

is this really a 2800 cui pack? i ust dont see how...number dont add up 20x16x7.5 ?
