A fat loss workout for young women who carry weight in the mid section and upper body. This circuit is a total body fat blast. All you need is a set of dumbbells, a bench or chair and an exercise band.

  • @DolceVita overweight.....but its okay b/c at least weight we can loose, other things in life are harder. lol

  • these exercises are good for toning the arms and legs but I don't understand how it helps shed fat from your stomach. Shouldn't they be combined with cardio like jogging to help trim the waistline?

  • I dont know what i am, i have fat arms, full breasts, , not particularly broad shoulders, big tummy and wait, moderate hips (not large, not slim) and big ass.. i mostly gain wieght on myboobs and tummy. What the hell am I??
