Problem was i used freeacr to compress the files and it seem to have broken them

q9650, xfx780i, x-fi extreme gamer, msi hd5870, 1920x1200 everything maxed except SSAO on normal for a mouse without input lag. Did not try depth of field so that was off. min fps 35 in very busy part of the city with lots of burning cars and people.
