  • At first I only had an interested in your channel/vids for a mild interest gardening for the sole purpose of supplying myself with my own cheap goods for my deep interest in cooking...but... wow! you channel is insanely informative and has exposed me to several other interesting things like medicinal herbs, teas, wildlife survival, etc. I LOVE YOUR CHANNEL! IT IS GREAT!! KEEP IT UP!! Education is not filling a bucket, its lighting a fire. You have lighted a fire here, for sure!!! :)

  • @ChuckHitler Thank you :) I'm so glad You enjoy the videos and are developing and interest in all things natural. :) Knowledge is power. Power is freedom.

  • How long can u keep seeds like that, just a year or longer? How do u store your seeds?

  • @kokonutbaby1 It depends on how they are stored. If they are well dried you can store them in a jar or paper bag in a cool dark place for 3 - 4 years. If you vacuum pack the seeds they can last for decades. As long as seeds are protected from animals and moister they can last a very very long time. Seeds have been unearthed in places like Egypt that were stored in clay jars and lost for thousands of years before being rediscovered and they still grew.

  • @MayeuxMinistries Is there a low cost method of vacuum packing or do you need that tool?

You ladies have put together a great channel here; great info from such young ladies!

[Thanks to your parents and grandparents!]

  • @UnoRaza If you watch the end of my second video on canning and pickling thistle I show how to vacuum pack canning jars with a hot water bath. As far packing in plastic I don't know of any way other then the machine.

  • I love youre chanel , grettings from Mexico !!!

  • Very impressed with one so young...

  • Very nice, didnt know that about first fruit. We soak overnight in a bowl of water to wash the slimy membrane off, then put them out to dry. This has helped ours not to stick together later if they ever get moist in some way, and they seem to germinate faster. Maybe the seed is able to absorb water faster in with out the membrane.

  • Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us! You sound like a great professor :) You know your subject very well. You are very impressive! You remind me of Emily Deschanel from lthe tv show "Bones," smart, beautiful and gorgeous mezmorizing eyes...Thank you also to your young partner :)

  • Great tip to let the first veg/fruit, ripen on the vine. Makes complete sense the way you explained it. Thank you! Your Mississippi neighbor ~ Anthony!

  • Very Useful.... AND I SAW A NICE LOVELY SMILE FROM YOU :) Amazing :)
