I'm glad to hear that they're soft and not too plastic feeling...which I asked in one of your other videos. But just curious, if the lashes are all messed up like box style 3, can you get it exchanged? Do you know if that's possible?

i don't understand whats the problem? you get what you pay for i have alot of those same eyelashes off of ebay they generally come from china so depending on where you live it might take longer to be delivered and they range from $1.39 to $2.00 so very cheap

you're kind of complaining for pretty much no reason.. they were so cheap so what does it matter, a lousy few pairs that wont be wear-able

I have the same lashes from ebay and I love them!!
