what is the best colour to get to make them the least noticeable?

@Thatswhathesaidftw Some people get clear braces, but if you have metal brackets, I would suggest getting silver/dark gray colored bands so they blend in with the metal brackets and don't stand out as much.

@cheerismylife421 Hey girl, I'm actually not sure what color bands make teeth look whiter. I just brushed my teeth super carefully and thoroughly and made sure they were clean to keep them white as possible. If I were to guess, though, I'd think darker colors like black, dark blue, maybe even red would contrast against the color of your teeth to make them appear whiter.

@BadChickLover101 Yeah, it was frustrating initially because my teeth were so sore (from tightening of the braces)- I could hardly eat anything! That stressed me out a bit. Also, at first the scraping of the metal brackets against my gums hurt. But later on the orthodontist gave me wax, and I got used to the feeling of "soreness," and everything was fine *=)

I had braces on and off for 12 years. YES TWELVE YEARS... and I had very low self-esteem cos of that. Now they are finally off and I love to smile :-) Although I'm not fully satisfied lol.. I think it's an outcome of being focused on teeth for most of my life.. making me so self-consious. Nehooooooo,.. you are gorgeous!!

@Thatswhathesaidftw I have pale blue and lilac and they are really not that noticeable, they blend in really well, make my teeth look whiter (I think at least) and are really pretty colours too <3

I'm getting my braces this February and I'm having one of my tooth pulled out..does the brace hurt because of the tooth lost?? and how long do you have to wait after you take out the tooth??to wear the braces?? or is it immediately done? thank you so much~

im getting mine off at the end of october i was suppposed to get them off in august then sept the now october cause i have one turned tooth... i dont really care about bout having them but my brother cause me train tracks so i just smile and say "I have a beautiful smile and your just jelous and for your information train tracks are straight!!!!!!!!!!!"
