"Helgoth's Associate" in Tracey program

This clip shows how Michael Tracey specifically pins suspect status in the JonBenet Ramsey case on a person whose name is blacked out of official legal paperwork but who can be identified by case number (as if your name was blacked out similarly but your social security number was left visible for the world to see). Contrary to what was said in the program, the "suspect" was quickly found by ordinary people, giving reason to question the competence and investigative skills of the private investigators who claimed they could not find him.

I think he did murdered little JonBenet and that John Mark Karr was on it as well, both Helgoth and John Mark Karr could have been on it, JMK could have been there when the murder of JonBenet happend back in 1996 but Helgoth murdered JonBenet while John Mark Karr watched.
