Original song "The Bridge" by Paul 'Lefty' Hobday. Recorded at home on my Sony TRV950 camcorder. The guitar is an Avalon S320 Americana. Wonderful guitar, better than any Gibson Martin Larivee Guild Collings I've played. I am influenced by Richard Thompson John Martyn Albert Lee Chuck Berry Danny Gatton Martin Carthy John Renbourne Martin Simpson Doyle Dokes Jerry Donahue etc. Hope you like it.

  • @Blackbooks78 Thank you so much.. V kind of you.

  • Thanks ClevvaChevva - it's in dropped D. So only the 6th string is altered from standard. Cheers!

  • Very nice! What tuning are you using? Sounds like the bass line is mostly G, C, D and Bb?

  • @ClevvaChevva it's just drop D. Standard tuning except 6th sting down to D. Thanks for watching.

  • Aparently you work with my dad.

  • @jackgeorge98 hey jack - I changed the tags on my video "Hesitation Blues" to include Acoustic Blues. Thanks for the suggestion (via yer Dad) we will see if it makes some difference!!
