Chalayan is doing something original and relavent and the fact that it is executed in real life is just amazing... watching the last third of this just makes my mouth drop, who else does this???????!!!!
And I dig Balenciaga, i just wanna know who to call to commission some insane ideas I have that require fiberglass casting like those c3po "leggings" if you will...

1. the vast majority of "runway clothes" are meant to be worn on the street. whether you choose to wear the whole look is down to you.
2. "couture" means dressmaking. are you saying dresses aren't meant to be worn on the street?
3. i didn't actually post an opinion. rather i was mildly disgusted at your crass and ill-informed opinion that showed a blatant disregard for the process of design. it makes it hard for me to respect your opinion when clearly so little thought has gone into it.
