  • I found an easy way to get 2 flavors in 1 pan. I cut a piece of corrigated plastic board to fit across the width of the pan. I then pour the 2 different flavors on each side of the "dam". Carefully pull the board up out of the pan, scraping the batter down on each side.You get a nice straight line no matter how runny the batter is. I have actually done 3 flavors in 1 pan using this method. You can then wash the "dam" and save it for future use.I have these dams cut for all of my pans.

  • If I do a 12x18 pan and 2 cake box cake mixes like you , how long should I bake it ? And do I need those heat conducter things cuz the pan in big
