@nixgr94 i think, you will have i better hit if they are flat, not like this, in the video you hit a crash cymbal with the top of the stick, thats not right in my opinion because you can't get good sound, try to set them flat, it will be lot better when you used to it, trust me, i was having the same prblems as you ;)

@stefimoto isent it better to have the cymbals set the way they are in this video because having them flat means you would strike the side of the cymbal instead of the top whtich would cause the cymbals to crack faster
