Schwarzlichtmilieu is a private Open Air Festival in Germany. This wonderful Party was created by some friends...for friends =)
For us it is the best Party since years and every winter we are looking forward to it. In the last years we started to miss the perfect feeling, the spirit, and here on a nice hill far off the huge festivals we rediscovered the reason why we live Goa. and we always will do.
Every year there are many famous Progressive Psytrance Acts. In 2011 were for example
