If you have an agreement in place that sets forth the terms by which shares will be repurchased by the corporation, and the shareholder sends a notice of tender which sets forth the wrong valuation, can the corporation accept the notice with a correction of the valuation and force the shareholder to accept such value or can the shareholder claim he/she made a mistake and would not have sent the notice of tender but for the mistake?
