What I gave was the history of the name and what it implies. As it's use, It came from Russia as I stated. Common sense shows it not being an English word. They swear there allegiance to Obama. Czars are like Obama building a parallel government outside our constitution. Webster online defines a 'czar' as "the ruler of Russia until the 1917 revolution." But it's the dictionary's alternate definition, "one having great power or authority", that has ruffled many feathers
