"Cover" probably isn't completely accurate, considering it was Axl and Tracii who came together to form the original version of Guns N' Roses. I wouldn't be surprised if Tracii wasn't actually a co-writer on this song, making it perfectly legal for him to do an L.A. Guns version of the tune.

Except that this was written by Axl and Izzy about a girl that was friends with the band and a high school friend of Slash< all things pointing to the fact that it is a Guns N' Roses song

@MF0ftheyear uhm LA guns were not axls band... axl was in hollywood rose. tracii from la guns make band with axl, they called themself GUNS AND ROSES.... but tracii left band really early and got changed with slash...... so.. this is not axls song
