Bond Steel To HDPE.m4v

This video depicts the process of preparing, bonding and testing of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) to cold rolled steel. Adhesive bonding of HDPE is not normally possible, but this new adhesive named Mr. Sticky's Poly-Bonder has achieved excellent results. This allows HDPE and the other polyolefins such as UHMW, LDPE and plastics such as PVC, ABS, Polyurethane can be bonded to each other or substrates such as Wood, Metal, Ceramics and more.

My best estimation is that poly-bonder will work on this job. Because of complications such as the label material (dome have glue on the back side) and other issues, you may want to call me to discuss 916-961-4700 Art. I always recommend testing a small sample

Hi I am wondering if this adhesive can do HDPE to other material? I have got some sticker labels that I want to stick on HDPE helmet, will this product be effective if is applied for a thin surface?

I'm doing an engineering project where i need to bond polyethylene to aluminium.

This is the only bonding agent i could find which would do the job.

However i really really really do not want to write "mr sticky" in my report.

I think my professor will think im kidding
