It's like you said in earlier videos... to hell with the purists heehehe Follow your instincts Mike, I did not do the flushes during the second fast, but man oh man did I like doing them once in a while for the first..

About the salt water flush... I stopped doing those (and enema's) for the second fast. I had learned to do them with Master Cleanses, I don't think they are needed for water fasts.
It's amazing, the body truly just needs rest and water to do it's thing during the fast. Anything else we do just takes away from that.
