My little brothers again. This time he was running my 42" TSL's. This was the only truck to make it through the pit.

  • No Doubt Scout!!! What engine? 392?

  • Negative..we haven't got near the kind of money it would take to make an IH motor run like that. It is a full roller 355 Small Block Chevy. Sorry for the disappointment.

  • Yow did'nt disappoint me, how much do you have in the roller motor?

  • Well there isn't actually a money figure, cause he accumulated most of the parts over several years and from trades etc... but we could build one just like it again for under $3,000.

  • gotta love a Scout!!

  • Nice job man love the conversion! Did a 351w build for all the same reason's mainly because I had everything. Love the SBChevy too though!

  • Well most of the parts we had just layin around. The block we had in a old wood hauler truck that we traded for, the pistons .030 over flat tops were out of another engine that the bearing died in, the cam was $150, the intake (Victor Jr. 2bbl) $175, the carb is a 500 holly 2bbl, that I had from a 302 ranger project, so altogether we have around $575 in the engine.

  • AWESOME! Great to see some more scouts on here!

  • awesome-
