i tossed this together really quickly, so let me know if there's anything else that would be helpful.

the basic pattern is V_V^V. downstroke/eighth note rest/downstroke/upstroke/downstroke with a slap on the strings

the only other thing that i only showed once is at 1:08, where i sometimes strum straight through and hammer on the F chord to change it up a little bit. i think it makes it sound a bit more natural and free-form.
