This is my sloppy attempt at this very difficult etude, I added a few high notes to spice it up a little, high G (sol) in two spots and a high C (Do), (above G clef), at the end. I am using an overblown high C fingering with the high D key and it works well for the extra high C. Best regards and respect to father and son Robert Rønnes and Kristian Oma Rønnes.   • @TheIBassoon hello, thanks for the comment. My thumbs are not as busy as you think, I only flick when I need to, I do not use the thumb keys as octave keys, I only vent on French bassoon. I will try for a better finger view next time though, thanks for the suggestion, cheers! - Steve
