This walkthrough of All Clues for Episode 2 will allow you to grab all the hidden items here. Once you've reaped your rewards, you can head to Episode 3, which starts off with Spice Room Recon.

Find your first clue on the rickety bridges over the water on one side of the starting area. Continue across the rope, and grab another just ahead. Then head back across the bridge, and cross the river on the pointy rocks, grabbing the clue ahead before sneaking across the ledge leading to the right. There's another clue just ahead. When you reach solid ground again, move forward, and take the first bridge on the right. Take another bridge, and find a clue up ahead. Now take to the rooftops, running across a rope on the left to find another clue. Next, run up to the high tower with the fire burning in it to get another clue. Then cross to the next such tower, and jump left to find another. Drop to the wide balcony ahead for the next, then down to the street, where you can bounce up on the awning, and get another clue by sneaking around the ledge at the far side of this rooftop. Cross a few roofs, then drop to a balcony for another. From there, jump to the roof on the left, then use the pointy platform to reach a clue up above. Drop all the way down, cross a bridge, then hop up onto the balcony on the right just ahead. Run up the tunnel ahead to get another clue, then climb the vines on the building on the right, grabbing the clue on one of the balconies here.Grab the item on a higher balcony off to the left, and continue in that direction to find another clue. Then climb down along the rope at the far right, and find another clue on a balcony not far ahead. Sneak across the ledge, and look for one just up ahead. Continue through the small stand of trees, and climb up them when you can, bouncing along the branches and recovering a clue not far ahead. Now, head across the face of the temple, and drop down to the balcony on the lower level, where you'll find another clue. Down on the streets below, run up a tunnel and grab the clue on the left, then veer right, and climb up the trees ahead, up onto the rooftops above. Bear right as you continue across these, grabbing the clues on a few of the narrow towers. There's another on a nearby tower, across a rope. Now find and cross the very long rope up here, to get another clue. Recross that rope, and scurry toward the right, to get another clue, on top of one of the domes here. Continue to the end of the roof, drop down, and grab a clue in the tunnel ahead. Outside, bear right, and run along the battlements, finding a clue out on a spike over the river. There's another out on a platform in the river itself, and the last on another platform, just up ahead. This episode's safe is in Rajan's main vault, across a floor of moving lasers. Crack it once you've got all the clues, and you'll earn an upgrade to your basic attack.
