thanks, yeah u right. sports & healthy food. gym 5 a week, chicken, wegetables, rise, cottage cheese, eggs. many herbs and water.

Biggest looser...Case Closed...It's possible.
But most times when loosing weight so rapidly you will gain the weight back and more.
Dieting can be dangerous if you don't know what your doing.

i wrote what i ate... healthy food. No sugar, no junk food. 5-6 meals a day.

so no diet not cutting any food? thats not possible right?, i hardly doubt doing running and cycling for three hours is gonna do that, if anyone got info please inform me , im in the same position as was.. fat -_-
