Apple Slicer

My dad is awesome, and this is one of the awesome gadgets he has. It peels, cores, and slices an apple all at once. AMAZING! Particularly good for making quick baked apple slices.

I have used this apple slicer for many years. Once you get the hang of it (not like the person in the video), you can go extremely fast. In the summer, I take a bunch of apples, quickly peel/core/slice them on this gadget and throw the apples into a ziploc bag and into the freezer - waiting for future pies and crisps to be made over the winter.

Ooooh, I WANT one now. "Also great for peeling potatoes." Hmmmm. I wonder if it would work on par-boiled potatoes.
