  • Hey Nigel, i want to buy Sony 50mm f/1.8 DT lens, and tell me it's good for portraits? or it's better to buy Zoom lens 75-300...?

  • @shxuila123 The following lenses are affordable options for taking great portraits of kids:

    DT 50mm f/1.8 Lens (Model Number: SAL-50F18)

    30mm f/2.8 Macro Lens (Model Number: SAL-30M28)

The macro lens will give you greater detail for ultra-close up shots of things like hands and toes with a shorter depth of field. You can also check out the Sony Lens Guide.

If you’re interested in taking great shots of kids there’s a DVD available at SonyStyle by Me Ra Koh that covers the lenses you may need.

  • I don't know about you, but I wasn't looking at anything else but Nigel.

  • @01REJOICE LOL :D
